We are looking to hire a highly motivated, reliable, detailed oriented Service Technician that is responsible to address customer service issues.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and correct issues or malfunctions with previously installed Window World products.
Assess products for defective parts.
Document service and installation data by completing reports and maintaining accurate records of all actions taken utilizing a customer relations management (CRM) platform.
Build a positive rapport with customers and answer customer questions in a positive and professional manner.
Follow a Standard Operating Procedure.
Confirm calls for service appointments with customers.
Maintain an organized workspace.
Communicate well with Installation Manager, service team members and customers.

Requirements
3-5 years experience with window and door installation, basic construction and building materials.

Knowledge of industry terminology, basic math skills and legible writing.
Diagnostic skills for assessment, problem solving and decision making.
Organizational skills for managing work schedule and job priorities.
Initiative and ability to work independently.
Portray a professional image.
Proficient with computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft and Apple products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels in the organization, customers, and vendors.
Reliable.
Valid driver's license + clean driving record.
OSHA 10.
DOT Certification.
