Position Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and creative Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator to join our Louisville, KY team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with people, loves staying organized, and has a knack for marketing and lead generation. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our current and potential customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they reach out. 

What You’ll Do:

As the front-line connection to our customers and a key player in our marketing efforts, you will:

  • Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and a warm, helpful attitude.

  • Lead Management: Convert inbound inquiries into sales leads by scheduling consultations and maintaining lead pipeline follow-ups.

  • CRM Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer information and status updates in our CRM system (training provided).

  • Marketing Assistance: Collaborate with leadership on local marketing efforts, including social media content, email campaigns, community outreach, and event coordination.

  • Brand Representation: Help develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across customer communications and marketing channels.

  • Scheduling: Schedule service appointments, coordinating with both customers and our Window World team.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve questions, complaints, or issues promptly and positively, maintaining strong customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience; marketing or home improvement industry experience is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn CRM and marketing software (training provided)

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in marketing, branding, and customer care

  • Basic knowledge of windows, doors, or home improvement services is helpful but not required
