Job Summary

Window World Customer Service Technician will work with current or past customers. They will service and access warranty products in the field . They will work with installation coordinator in planning their daily schedule . They will be ordering replacement parts as needed per service call.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette.
Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the Company.
Resolve customer issues by determining cause of problem, facilitating a resolution, and timely following up with customers.
Accurately create and update customer accounts and input records of customer interactions into CRM.
Follow standard operating procedures.
Prepare customer service call reports for management.
Maintain a well-organized and professional appearance .

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and detail-oriented.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent customer service skills including active listening, critical thinking, and desire to resolve customer concerns.
Accuracy in entry
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a clean driving record and maybe required to take a drug test
Must have home improvement skills
Must be willing to learn new techniques

Compensation: $33,000.00 per year
