General Manager – Youngstown
Window World Penn-Ohio | Full-Time
Window World Penn-Ohio is looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to oversee our Youngstown location. This leadership role is responsible for the overall performance of both locations, including operations, team development, customer satisfaction and profitability.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can develop strong teams, hold employees accountable, improve processes and ensure both locations consistently meet company expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Cleveland and Akron locations
- Lead, coach and develop managers and team members
- Monitor sales, operational and financial performance
- Establish expectations and hold departments accountable to company KPIs
- Ensure efficient communication between sales, installation, service and office teams
- Monitor installation, production and service performance
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and customer experience
- Ensure company policies, procedures and standards are consistently followed
- Help with the hiring process alongside Human Resources
- Resolve inter office issues and performance standards
Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience required
- Multi-location management experience preferred
- Home improvement, construction or service-industry experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and holding teams accountable
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Cleveland and Akron
