About the Role:
Window World of Los Angeles is looking for a skilled Warranty Repair Service Technician to join our growing team in City of Industry, CA. In this hands-on role, you'll be the face of our commitment to customer satisfaction — ensuring every installation meets our high standards through expert repairs and service. Responsibilities:
- Perform warranty repair and service calls on installed windows, doors, and related products
- Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues, hardware failures, and product defects
- Adjust, realign, and replace window and door components including frames, screens, hardware, and seals
- Communicate professionally with homeowners during service visits to ensure a positive customer experience
- Document service calls, parts used, and repair outcomes accurately
- Coordinate with the service department to manage parts inventory and order replacement components as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and adhere to safety protocols on every job site
Requirements:
- Prior experience in window and door installation, repair, or a related construction/glazing trade
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage a daily schedule, and prioritize service calls
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work in various weather conditions
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational habits

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $68,500.00 per year
