About the Role:
Window World of Los Angeles is looking for a driven and organized Office and Warehouse Manager to keep our operations running smoothly from the inside out. Based in City of Industry, CA, this is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are exactly the same — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things efficient and on track.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support
- Manage warehouse activities including inventory control, receiving, and product organization
- Coordinate with installation crews, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records for orders, shipments, and warehouse stock levels
- Supervise and support office and warehouse staff, providing direction and accountability
- Ensure warehouse safety compliance and uphold company standards and procedures
- Assist with customer service escalations and internal communications as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in office management, warehouse management, or a combined role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management systems and general office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a hands-on environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed; comfortable working in a warehouse setting
- Experience in the home improvement, construction, or building products industry is a plus

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
