Window World Penn-Ohio is seeking an experienced, high-energy General Manager to oversee our Cleveland and Akron locations. As a third-generation family-owned business operating across six regional markets, we believe in combining operational excellence with a supportive, people-first culture.
This is not a "desk job." We are looking for a visible, accountable leader who can bridge the gap between sales, installation, service, and office staff. You will lead, coach, and hold teams accountable while driving daily efficiency, customer satisfaction, and multi-unit profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations across both the Cleveland and Akron markets, ensuring smooth execution across sales, production, installation, service, and administration.
- Team Development & Accountability: Lead, mentor, and coach department managers. Establish clear departmental expectations, resolve inter-office issues, and enforce company KPIs.
- Customer Resolution: Step in as the senior "face of resolution" to de-escalate complex or escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Performance & Profitability: Analyze operational metrics, track financial performance, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and bottom-line growth.
- Talent & HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with Human Resources to hire, onboard, and retain top talent across sales, office, and field roles.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, safety standards, and the "Window World Way".
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: Required track record of successful management/executive experience. Multi-location management experience is strongly preferred.
- Industry Background: Previous leadership in home improvement, construction, or residential service industries is a major plus.
- Analytical & Accountable: Comfortable using performance metrics/KPIs to evaluate efficiency and hold teams accountable to results.
- Conflict Resolution: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills; able to lead diverse teams and resolve high-stakes customer issues.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license with a clean record and the willingness to regularly travel between Cleveland and Akron offices.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
