About the Role:

Join Window World of Westchester as an Install Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic team in delivering top-notch window installation services. Be part of a company that values quality, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration in Tuckahoe, NY.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation process to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate installation schedules and team assignments.
Conduct site inspections to verify project specifications and safety compliance.
Train and mentor installation staff on best practices and techniques.
Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions promptly and professionally.
Maintain inventory and order materials as needed for installation projects.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor and report on team performance and project progress.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/general contractors to resolve field hurdles and ensure customer satisfaction. Final walkthroughs for customers sign-offs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in installation management or a similar role in the home improvement industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of window installation techniques and safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
Veteran a plus.

Compensation: $1,200.00 - $1,600.00 per week
