Job Description:
America's Largest Exterior Home Remodeling Company is growing! Window World of Long Island is currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join our family.
At Window World of Long Island, we provide premium products, professional installations, and honest pricing. Our Service Technicians play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by performing service work, warranty repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting for windows, doors, siding, roofing, and other exterior home improvement products.
We have a beautiful showroom located on Hempstead Turnpike in Farmingdale where customers can come in to see our products and meet our team six days a week. Come work for a company that has won Best of Long Island for 14 years in a row!

Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer homes to perform service, warranty, and repair work on windows, doors, siding, roofing, and related exterior products.
- Diagnose and resolve product, installation, and performance-related issues.
- Perform adjustments, repairs, replacements, and touch-up work as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Clearly communicate findings, solutions, and recommendations to homeowners.
- Document service calls, completed work, and materials used.
- Work closely with installation, production, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a clean and organized manner.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing product and technical training.
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential construction, carpentry, window and door installation, siding, roofing, or related trades preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Comfortable using ladders and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Basic measuring and math skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Salary:
- Starting between $55,000-$65,000 + incentives - based on tools, vehicle and experience.
