Key Responsibilities
- Perform service and repair work on replacement windows and doors
- Diagnose and resolve product and installation-related issues
- Replace sashes, hardware, and other components as needed
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a strong understanding of Window World products, installation methods, and service procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete service appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Qualifications
- Previous experience with replacement window and door installation or service required
- Ability to bend metal required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments effectively

Compensation: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
