Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Installation Coordinator to support our Fort Myers operation, managing scheduling, job documentation, and installation team performance tracking across 5 installation crews.
This role is critical to keeping operations running efficiently—from preparing job packets and coordinating schedules to tracking completion rates, labor performance, and payroll data.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers and 5 installation crews
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Process completed job paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and organize upcoming job packets for installation teams
- Maintain accurate customer and job records in CRM
- Track and report key operational metrics, including:
- Job completion rates
- Labor cost percentages
- Installation team performance
- Assist with payroll preparation related to installation crews
- Order replacement parts and support warranty/service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer or job-related issues quickly
- Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates to customers
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth job flow
- Follow company SOPs and maintain an organized workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience handling scheduling, paperwork, or operations coordination
- Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and performance tracking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
- CRM or operations system experience preferred

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
