About the Role:
Join Window World of Southern Colorado as a Project Coordinator and play a key role in delivering exceptional home improvement solutions. In this dynamic position, you will coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Please, no out of area applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and contracts.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support sales team with customer inquiries and project follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination or management in the home improvement industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
