In-Home Sales Consultant

The Opportunity
Run 2–3 company-generated, pre-qualified appointments per day with no cold calling and no chasing leads. You will be trained on a proven, repeatable sales process, supported by leadership that understands what it takes to win.

  • Build Rapport:  Strong communication skills are essential — we make a friend, then make a sale.
  • Identify Needs:  Listen, listen, listen. Understand what each homeowner truly wants.
  • Present Solutions:  Deliver the Window World value proposition with clarity and confidence.
  • Close on the First Visit:  We train to earn every dollar the moment we meet our clients. This is a one-call-close environment.
Our top performers consistently convert at a high level, maximizing every opportunity. We convert referrals, revisits, and buybacks into additional revenue — a "No Opportunity Left Behind" mentality.

  • Confidently ask for the sale and close on the first appointment
  • Run 5–6 days per week with flexible scheduling
  • Track all opportunity information using CRM software
  • Take full ownership of your results — income is 100% performance-based (W2)
