Join Window World of Fredericksburg as an Office Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual to support our team in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and manage scheduling for appointments using our CRM system.
- Coordinate communication between departments to streamline processes.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office management are a plus.
- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
