We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, people-oriented individual to represent Window World of Fargo at home shows, community festivals, and local events on weekends throughout the year.

What You’ll Do
- Represent Window World of Fargo professionally at home shows, festivals, and community events
- Engage attendees in friendly conversations about their bathroom remodeling goals
- Schedule free in-home design consultations using our proven appointment-setting process
- Follow our communication scripts and lead capture systems
- Assist with booth setup and teardown before and after each event
What We’re Looking For
- A great personality — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Weekend availability (most events run Friday–Sunday)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (local travel required)
- Ability to lift 20–30 lbs for event setup
- 4+ years of experience in sales, event marketing, or customer engagement
Compensation
- Base + bonus pay structure
- On-target earnings: $25–$40/hr
- No cap on bonuses — we love rewarding great work!
