Window World seeks a skilled and dependable Gutter Install to lead our gutter installation crew at the Window World Weirton location. Join the Moran family and their team to help create a lifelong experience for our customers. The Moran family and their group of seven Window World locations offer you a family culture where you will feel right at home. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in gutter, soffit, fascia, and downspout installation (foreman or lead role preferred)
- Strong knowledge of safety practices and installation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Ability to manage and motivate small install crew
- Valid driver's license required
Responsibilities
- Install soffit, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards with precision
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to Window World quality standards
- Communicate frequently with gutter/siding department office personnel
- Train and guide install crew to improve their skills
