Window World, Inc., the nation’s largest exterior home remodeling company, is seeking a dynamic, sales-driven Regional Manager to support our franchise network in the South Central U.S. (AR, LA, OK, TX, and Western TN). This corporate role combines consultative leadership, hands-on field support, and strategic guidance to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and brand awareness across the region.

A strong knowledge base and experience across our company’s core products of vinyl replacement windows, siding, entry doors, and related products is essential. Construction and installation related experience is also a benefit, as Window World provides turn-key installed solutions to homeowners. The Regional Manager role is a corporate position, but operates very independently within a defined geographic territory, and focuses the majority of their time in the field supporting both individual store initiatives and corporate objectives. Close proximity to a major airport is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Franchisee Sales Growth: Coach franchise owners and their sales teams on Window World’s proven value-based selling system to drive topline growth.
  • Operational Consulting: Provide hands-on consulting in sales management, marketing, financial analysis, recruiting, and operations to strengthen franchise performance.
  • Territory Development: Build and execute a clear, data-driven growth plan for the region, identifying opportunities for revenue expansion and market penetration.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and key performance indicators to inform strategy.
  • Field Support: Conduct regular in-person store visits (weekly travel, typically 2-3 nights/week) with post-visit reporting to the VP of Sales.
  • Corporate Alignment: Serve as a trusted liaison between franchisees and Window World’s corporate support teams.
  • Weekly Travel: Travel is required for this position, typically spending 2-3 nights a week most weeks.  Home based office needed for administrative and reporting functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 7+ years of experience in home improvement, building materials, or franchise operations; sales leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of exterior remodeling products: windows, siding, entry doors, roofing, gutters, and more.
  • Experience supporting or managing franchise operations is a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence, mentor, and coach business owners toward aggressive sales growth.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to operate independently within a large territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms.
  • Must reside within the South Central region, ideally near a major airport.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
