About the Role:

We are looking for a Window Service Technician to join our team at Window World of Michiana. As a leader in the industry, we take pride in providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities:

Service windows and doors in residential and commercial settings
Experience in replacing balancers, sashes, glass packs and locks
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with windows and doors
Experience in installing windows a plus
Unloading windows and doors from delivery trucks
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

Prior experience in window and door installation and service
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
