Installation Manager – Toledo, OH
Window World is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our Toledo team as an Installation Manager. As part of the Moran family’s network of seven locations, you will contribute to delivering exceptional exterior remodeling experiences while working in a supportive, family-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and office staff
- Lead, manage, and oversee all installation crews
- Monitor, review, and resolve installation-related issues
- Provide hands-on support to installers and technicians as needed
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between field teams and office staff
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Enforce and adhere to standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience in replacement window and door installation
- Proficiency with installation tools and equipment
- Solid understanding of construction practices and installation techniques
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to problem-solving and satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
