About the Role:
Window World of Athens is looking for a motivated and dependable Service Technician/Warehouse Helper to join our growing team in Athens, GA! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering top-quality products and service to our customers every day.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation, repair, and service of windows, doors, and related products
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and staging materials and inventory
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Prepare and pull orders for installation crews and service calls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Travel to customer job sites to assist with service and warranty work as needed
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers on-site
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction, installation, warehousing, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
