Window World is seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Measure/Service Technician serving our Akron and Cleveland locations. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, with a starting salary based on experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of products, installation methods, and service techniques
- Accurate measuring of windows, bays, bows, patio doors, entry doors and storm doors
- Provide excellent communication and customer service
- Replace window sashes and parts and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience with replacement window and door installation preferred
- Positive attitude with an energetic, professional demeanor
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug test, including marijuana

Compensation: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
