Service Technician – Window World (Toledo Location)
Window World is seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Technician at our Toledo location. As part of the Moran family of Window World locations, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and a lasting positive experience.
We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow in your role. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of Window World products, installation techniques, and service procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication during service visits
- Replace window sashes, parts, and components as needed
- Make adjustments and repairs to ensure proper function and performance
- Perform professional caulking and spray foam application
- Complete mainframe installation and re-installation when necessary
- Use various hand tools to complete service work safely and efficiently
- Perform additional service tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience with replacement window and door installation required
- Ability to use a brake to remove and replace aluminum capping required
- Experience using a variety of hand tools
- Friendly, professional personality with a positive attitude

- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
