Job Responsibilities
· Install replacement windows, doors, and siding for residential customers in Akron/Cleveland and surrounding areas
· Communicate professionally with customers and ensure satisfaction
· Follow all safety protocols and installation techniques

Qualifications
· Experience with siding installation a plus
· Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to pass a background check
· Reliable, energetic, and professional attitude
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
