Job Responsibilities
· Install and replace windows, doors, and siding for residential customers in Youngstown and surrounding areas
· Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues (replace sashes, parts, and make adjustments as needed)
· Communicate professionally with customers and ensure satisfaction
· Follow all safety protocols and installation techniques
· Represent Window World’s reputation for quality and service on every job

Qualifications
· Previous experience in replacement window and door installation preferred
· Experience with siding installation a plus
· Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including marijuana)
· Reliable, energetic, and professional attitude
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
